Desain dan Realisasi Alat Ukur Massa (Neraca Digital) Menggunakan Sensor Load Cell Berbasis Arduino

Research on the design and realization of mass measurement devices (digital scale) arduino-based using load cell sensors. The research phase includes hardware design, software design, tool testing, and results analysis. This research uses a low capacity load cell sensor that has a high level of sensitivity to measure the mass of small charged objects, the HX711 module as an analog-to-digital-converter (ADC) of a load cell sensor, graphic display ERM19264 to display the measurement results with display settings that are can be adjusted, and Arduino Mega to process the sensor readings and control the output display on the ERM19264 graphic display. The testing tools carried out includes linearity, repetition/precision, accuracy, and stability. The test results obtained value of an average error of 0,014 gram with a precision of 99,989% and an average accuracy of 99,259%. The results of this research instrument have a lavel of accuracy of the mass reading of 0,001 gram.Downloads
